1. Online Dashboard

The dashboard is the personal assistant of the space manager.
It is easy, quick to consult and presents all the fundamental information of the monitored space in real time.

The graph above shows how many people are present in the space (red) and how many of those people are new customers (green).
The dashboard also contains some indicators tailored to the customer’s business (below).

These are customizable and can be chosen from:

Digital people counting
Monitoring of people flows
Analysis of end customer preferences

Data collection on return rates and new clients

2. Report

The reporting tool, unlike the dashboard, is provided periodically, is customizable. Presents information and KPIs related to large time intervals, for example:

  • Correlation between events on different days (e.g. What correlation is there between all Thursday evening? When I took initiative X I attracted new customers or am returned the same?);
  • Study of customer behavior over time;
  • Performance study in the various weeks, months and seasons;
  • Correlation study with external factors (weather, other events in the city, offers, flyers etc.).
  • Comparisons between different territories (ex. My shop in Milan is better or worse than that in Florence? Those who met me at the fair in Turin came to visit me in the shop in Verona? Which space within my network performs best?)

Each heatmap is composed of a video that allows, with immediacy, to show the flows of people throughout the monitored space.

It is ideal for large and very large spaces.
